Terri - Office Manager

 

Terri is the office manager at Swan Orthodontics and looks forward to helping you throughout your orthodontic treatment!  In 2008 she began working for Dr. Swan. Terri loves working with Dr. Swan because of her caring nature and professionalism. She also enjoys working with the patients and their families.

Terri is originally from Howard City and is still living there today. She is married, and she and her husband, Vic, have three children, Brent, Dylan, and Macey. When Terri is not at work she can usually be found enjoying the outdoors, boating, camping, snowmobiling, and attending sporting events.  Terri is a current member of the American Dental Assistants Association (ADAA) and the Grand Rapids Dental Assistant Society (GRDAS).

Shelly - Treatment Corrdinator

Shelly is the treatment coordinator at Swan Orthodontics. She has been a dental hygienist since 1990 and recently switched to orthodontics and loves it. She enjoys getting to know all of her patients and looks forward to welcoming them to our office.

Shelly and her husband, Glenn, have two children, Scott and Taylor.  When she is not at work, Shelly enjoys hanging out with friends and family, summers at SandyPines and her three dogs, Bear, Cooper and Hollister.

Katie - Orthodontic Assistant

Katie is an orthodontic assistant here at Swan Orthodontics. She also handles all the office ordering and marketing. Katie began working with Swan Orthodontics in 2009 as an intern and has been here ever since! She loves to meet all the new patients and develop friendships with them and their families. Katie is also a current member of the American  Dental Assistants Association (ADAA) and the Grand Rapids Dental Assisting Society (GRDAS).

Katie lives in Coopersville where she spends most of her time with her family and friends. She is also a active volunteer and enjoys doing charity events. Katie enjoys sports, animals, cooking, reading, and spending time with her two cats and her dog Annie.

Jessica - Orthodontic Assistant        

Jessica is the newest member to our team; she is one of our orthodontic assistants. Jessica has been in the orthodontic field since 2002. She enjoys getting to know all of her patients on a personal level and looks forward to seeing them as often as she does.

Jessica is originally from Lowell and is now living in Grand Rapids. She spends a lot of her free time visiting her family. When she is not with her family, Jessica enjoys going to sporting events, concerts, having cook outs in the summer, going to the gym and loving her black lab named Derby.
